Hey, so, the whole /. thing went pretty OK today. PDJ's ISP,
threadnet.com, shut us down for about 1/2 an hour because they were
too unprepared to handle the slashdot effect.

But it's been fun. Beaujolais to everyone who's mirrored DeCSS,
beaujolais to everyone who repeatedly posted the URL to slashdot,
beaujolais to everyone who defended the idea on Slashdot, and
beaujolais for the infectious power of a bad-crazy idea!

I'm still not sure if I think the thing is going to do any good or
not. But maybe that's not the point: maybe just having a whole bunch
of people do something at the same time is sufficient to send a
message to The Man that he's got things backwards.
