It is exactly this kind of animal cruelty that makes me want to burn
myself on a ceremonial pyre -- that these young ruffians would take
peaceful, content, and loving primates and turn them into killing
machines makes my blood boil.

During the heady days that I was involved with the Parisian "troupes",
we fought each other with ballet, abstract painting, postmodernist
