[free-sklyarov] Just how good a cryptographer is Sklyarov anyway?

based on public data ive seen there is nothing novel
in either the felton or sklyarov techniques. as far as
i know neither case required original thinking. (which
is not to say they did not require artistic
applications of existing thought.)
