Did you try going to the Web site they mention:

and entering your e-mail address?

If that succeeds, then it's just a little annoying; if it fails, it tells 
us that Adobe really doesn't want to hear anything about Dmitry.

OTOH, they've dropped the complaint; the only other thing they could do now 
is pay for his defense which, although Phil Zimmermann encouraged it as the 
right thing to do, is unlikely in the extreme.
