I'm assuming that the suits at Adobe are using HTML enabled email and that 
the filter is simply filtering using a regex  looking for words like 
Dmitry, Sklyvarov and DMCA.  If so, all you have to do to slip pass is 
insert a pair of self canceling html tags between each letter... like this 
D<b></b>m<b></b>i<b></b>t<b></b>r<b></b>y<b></b>.

A perfect job for Perl and the Perl Mail module.

You might also send them a "picture" of your letter in a PDF file as I bet 
they are still opening PDF attachments  <snicker>
