[free-sklyarov] New York Times story on court appearance

As some PR agency explained me (I don't know much about american
press) - NY Times is one of the major national "free speach"
supporters. May be, sometimes, "free speach" is not the same as
"anti-DMCA" - but it's really very close !!!
