Yeah, right. Show me library near-by with books in russian or ukrainian...
Though, *these* books are not part of complaint: they are usually available
for rather low prices in some specific stores.

There is another argument for being able to buy a book, as opposed to getting
one from library (or buying rights-stripped ebook): some people like puting
remarks on margins. This is important, but often overlooked part of reading
process.

I'm in no way arguing against libraries. It is just that home-libraries are
important part of reading culture.
