	In fact, the DMCA does no such thing.  It forbids people to
make or sell any tool which could possibly be used to "pick a lock".
Taking the analogy just a step further, this is dangerous because it
threatens the manufacturers and vendors of hairpins, screwdrivers, and
plastic credit cards, all of which could be used to circumvent the
mechanism of various physical locks.

	What makes this analogy even more frightening is that the lock
is keeping the customer in, not out!

	Of course, analogies are just that.
