BTW, One American spelling of "Sklyarov" is "Sclaroff".  The name
is pretty much pronounced as it is spelled:

    Sc-lair-off

Yahoo finds 12 Sclaroff's living here in the US.

The US Attorney's Office tried to put a "Sky" in the front of the name
when I spoke to them on the phone, but they are confused. ;-)

The name means "scholar" in Russian.
