Well, I'd sudgested to you to read more on the case.
Sklyarov was never selling his software, nor did he ever distributed
it in US in any other way. The company, he works for did, but then what
does it have to do with it's employees. At best, president of company (Katalov) had
to be arrested.

He haven't commited any crime. Neither in US nor in Russia. He haven't violated
any coyright (unless of course you have any evidence to prove othervice).
