*And* it would be detrimental in the future. We'd be sending the message
that "if you screw up, it doesn't matter if you back down, we'll beat you
until you're dead or we're tired." Adobe only gave in because it thought
that doing so would lift some of the bad PR. We need to give them that
much. (And don't worry, the press will associate Adobe's screw-up with
this case as long as it is in the media.)
