The more I look at this notice, the more I don't like it.  It doesn't
distinguish between the different parts of the DMCA and what they
actually say.

The joke flyers and signs that say things like "... siht daer nac uoy
fi" are probably interpreted as strictly metaphorical by everybody,
but the notice you're proposing cites a particular part of the law
which obvious does not restrict that activity, and which, if it did,
would _not_ have those specific penalties.  I think it could be confused
with an attempt to explain the actual implications of the law.
