Too bad that WCT doesn't force worldwide exhaustion at first sale.
Would have been a lot harder for the EU Copyright directive to
erect a 'Festung Europa' wrt first sale if it did.

And that's one thing I just don't get - why did the DMCA get
1201 so wrong when it is quite obvious from the WCT and WPPT
that the layer of protection added by law-protected TPMs should
have the same size as copyright law itself.
