I note that you also sent your request to the list.  I don't want to
flame anyone; I just want to ask people not to send unsubscribe
requests to the list.

Any administrative requests you can't handle by yourself are best sent
to free-sklyarov-admin at zork.net; currently, this goes to me, and I can
answer your questions about the list's operation.

It's the section on that page which says

   To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery
   modes, get a reminder of your password, or unsubscribe from
   free-sklyarov), enter your subscription email address:
