The rhetorical power of the stealing meme is undeniable. One tactic
might be to turn it on its head.

Look at the effects of the DMCA/EUCD (which allow rightholders to extend
their control over distribution and reproduction to access and use), and
ask the question "Who's REALLY Stealing Music"?
