[svfig-announce] Meeting - Forth Saturday 23-February-2013

OOOPS!
Due to cockpit trouble, I didn't send this out BEFORE the meeting.
As you probably noticed, the meeting was LAST Saturday.
I meant to send this just to Dave for the website but I fired it off
before I changed the TO address.

Sorry for the screw-ups.

By the way, it looks like we'll be stopping the use of Meetup.com within
the next six months, so the website and the email lists will be our only
online communication.
