SVFIG meets on the fourth Saturday of each month with the following
November's and December's meetings are on third Saturday of the
Maker Faire will serve in lieu of the May meeting.
There may be conflicts for the room schedule which might cause
If you are coming, please go to Meetup.com and sign up for this meeting!
If you're not coming, registering your regrets is unnecessary.
When the meeting is done, please go to Meetup and give us a good review!
If you are coming, an acknowledgement makes us more attractive to
potential new participants.

The meeting will be held in Building 550 (aka Peterson Building)

Enter the building from the Panama Mall side. The door is
labeled: "Building 550 - Mechanical Engineering Design Group".
The sign with the SVFIG logo will be near the door.
It's the same logo as the one on the home page here:
If the door is locked then look for the SVFIG Radio-telemetry Doorbell
Button. If there isn't someone from SVFIG at the door to let you in,
press the button or call the cell phone number on the sign.
The Official SVFIG Announcement Editor's Parking Lot Recommendation is
the lot near the intersection of Santa Teresa St. and Lomita Dr.

The schedule is now finalized (more or less) but if there are any
substantial last minute changes made after this notice is emailed then
they will be made to the online schedule and marked.
This announcement and the online Speakers' Schedule may be reformatted
or line-justified but please transmit verbatim or not at all. Any font
you like is fine with me. A link to Meetup, the schedule page, or the
SVFIG website is preferred.
No Newsgroup posts or other media distribution please!
Kevin Appert is the Program Chair and he produces this announcement and
the online Speaker's Schedule. Note that this is distinct from the
SVFIG and FIG website content.
A guest account will be provided at the meeting.
*** Computer FreeCycle, ForSale, Rummage, Disposal ***
We'll bring our unused computer and other electronics to give
away or sell at the meeting. You must be prepared to remove your
unwanted items as we can NOT leave anything behind at the end of the day.
There is a SMALL electronics (cell phones, calculators, PDAs, and
items of similar size) recycling bucket in the building as well as a
battery recycling bucket for conventional household battery chemistry
ONLY. No Hydrogen Peroxide fuel cells or Dilithium crystals.

There is open parking on weekends. Park in any A or C or metered space,
no coins needed even if there's a meter there. The Official SVFIG
