[Taocow PBEM] OOC: Next Turn

I'm going to give Rod and Osiris's players until tomorrow to post.  I'm
going to amend the posting rules somewhat, I think, and providing I get at
least half the players' posts within four days, I'm going to move ahead.

I really apologize for these delays, but I've been trying to get everyone's
input as much as possible.  I have a new player with a character almost at
the point of meeting up with you guys, so hopefully that will give us
something of a "quorum" even if a few players can't post or become
unavailable.
