[Taocow PBEM] OOC - Website Update

[Koba Rowers]

Hey Aaron. I'm going to be going on vacation until 3/23. Feel free to take
over Koba for any combat moves. He would rather stand off at range with his
rifle if possible but if he gets caught in melee it is his combat knife and
the Zapper RCC static shield. Thanks!
