[Taocow PBEM] Book 3 - Chapter II - Talas and Carlos

OOC: It's very hard to see anything.  The Triax book doesn't say
whether the T-43 armor has any kind of flashlight or external
illumination, but I'd say it does.  Does Carlos turn it on?
