Koba picks up Ted by the tail, and then, quite unexpectedly both he
and Ted drop.  Koba barely manages to escape being sucked into the
water by Ted's weight.  Ted on the other hand, is again in the water and
is again bashed against the wall [Damage: 8SDC].

The lizard man reached for something--anything!--to hold onto while resisting the water's pull.
