[Taocow PBEM] Book 3 - Chapter III OOC

I'm shooting for another post this Thursday, so if anyone else wants
to post, please do so!

It also look as if I'm down at least two players, and possibly three
(one has resigned, one no longer appears to be at the email address
they have provided and has made no attempt to communicate a new
address, and one hasn't communicated with me, though I understand that
he is sometimes forced to take pauses).

My semi-official policy is to carry on playing PCs as NPCs for those
who I feel are going to return at some point, and to retire PCs of
those who I think won't return in a manner that doesn't preclude their
return.  I'll continue playing Raven and Sir Lyle throughout this
chapter, but if I haven't heard from their players by Chapter IV, I
will retire them.  Talas, as you can tell, has been retired, with the
permission of his player.

I will probably look to getting another player in the next few weeks,
though to be honest it is getting harder and harder to find people who
reliably want to do PBEMs.  Still, I seem to have a dedicated core of
players, so I'm not too worried.
