Those that understand Elvish/Dragonese can tell that the language
Elvish, or at least the Elvish that they are familiar with.  He can't
quite make out the entire phrase, but the Elf appears to be saying,
"Vaelius, Lord of [darkness/blackness/nothingness], [eat/consume] this
[incomprehensible] soul..."
