[Vesper]
Vesper had everyone link hands he wasnt going to waste anymore time. It was a simple rift as far as rifting goes not even off the continent.
He had been to Camelot enough though he didnt favour the kingdom himself they needed to know about this. Once the shared power was able
he tore open time and space to Camelot.

"Everyone get through, get through now and take who and what your bringing. The gates big enough for vehicles so get moving."

He held the rift open so the others could start shuttling through saving lives and not coincidentally saving their own asses.

[GM]
At the moment the armory is unlocked. A guard eyes Alex uneasily, but
is too preoccupied to make a case out of it. Besides, she came with
the Baron, so she must be alright.

Inside she finds a poorly stocked armory, most of the shelves and
racks empty. Still there is an e-clip charger that takes four at a
time. She recognizes the device more by its familiar form than its
wording, which is "Schnelle Energie-Clip Ladegerät."
[/GM]

OOC: I'm assuming Alex begins recharging her e-clips.

[GM]
"In a few minutes, probably up on the walls firing at whatever gets to
us." Sir Havalard replies. "I'm afraid our job now is simply to hold
the keep long enough for the locals to get away."
[/GM]

[GM]
A bomber can be seen flying north towards the keep. The plumes of
smoke are coming from the south, where the town is. Multiple
explosions can now be heard.
[/GM]

> [/Vesper]

> [Oz]
> Oz looked at Vesper, expression suddenly intent. "Random or directed?
> How far can you take us? As far as the capitol?"
> [/Oz]

[Louissa]
"Right now I'd take random!" she says. "I don't think this place is
going to see dawn, and it's pretty clear the soldiers left here are
simply trying to draw fire."
[/Louissa]

OOC: Did the baron go inside or is he hanging around somewhere? REPLY:
The Baron is still hanging around looking scared and useless.

> [Oz]
> Oz nods at Vesper and goes over to the knight he had spoken with earlier.
> "The group's shifter is going to open a rift to escape the battle. We

> [/Oz]

[GM]
"Take the Baron then," Sir Havalard says, showing a slight bit of
disapproval. "He can tell the King in person how his holdings were
smashed to bits, or how he *thinks* they were smashed to bits."
[/GM]

> [Alex]
> Alex hears explosions outside, and hurries out. She also radios
> up, "What is going on out there. There is what sounds like muffled
> explosions."
> [/Alex]

[GM]
Someone replies on the radio in a panicky voice, "They're bombing the
town! They'll be on top of us soon enough."

As Alex leaves the armory she can see her companions and several other
people assembling and holding hands around one of the newcomers;
Vesper. The wounded are being brought into the courtyard as well."
[/GM]

[Louissa]
"Alex!" Louissa shouts. "Hurry up. Vesper here is going to try to rift
us out of this place."
[/Louissa]

[GM]
Even as Louissa speaks, there's a loud "WHOOSH!" from above, and then
an explosion. The company, along with everyone else, are knocked to
the ground as pieces of metal, masonry and rock rain down on them. The
air is filled with smoke and dust, and there is a good deal of
shouting.
[/GM]
