Louissia moves in to cover Alex as she approaches the doorway.

The creature tries to yank on the rope as Alex cuts it, but the dagger slices
through it with a single cut.  The creature roars in anger, and leaps forward
into the light of day.

[Louissa]
Louissa fires a single shot  [Strike: 15], hitting the creature in the shoulder,
blowing the shoulder and arm off.

Despite its terrible injury, the creature cries "Yer not takin' the
baby!  He''ll come
back lookin' for it an' ol' Olek will suffer worse than you can make him.  He'll
put Olek in the Sleepless Place, he will."
