Oz lets off two spectacular shots with his pistols. The field around
Ted (or whoever it is), light up and clearly weaken slightly, but still
hold.

Ted and the King are blown apart, as are several other people
knocked down.

Ted seems in no position to dodge, and while the grenade doesn't
penetrate the field, it seems that the stun field does, and the
lizard man lays unmoving.

The King curses. "Godsdamnit!" he shouts. "Alas, the loss of this
sword is a sad thing indeed. Seize that assassin at once!"

Three guards run over, but when they touch the field around Ted,
there's a loud blast and they are knocked back, their armor
heavily scorred by the damage inflicted by the field.

Ted may be out, but getting at him may prove difficult.
