OOC: Been a while since I read Underseas but as I recall, and for the
sake of simplicity, particularly as you're not really all that far
underwater, yes they do. Conventional firearms are a bit iffier, but
energy weapons will have no problem. And generally, environmental body
armor has an oxygen supply at the very least good for an hour or two.
