>>> [Oz]
>>> Oz signals his guard to stop and take cover, then takes cover himself.
>>> He brings his rifle to his shoulder and uses the scope's superior
>>> optics to bring the tower shooter into focus, trying to determine
>>> whether his friend Sir Prrycyvel is in the tower or besieging it.
>>> [/Oz]

>> [GM]
>> Oz briefly catches a glimpse of one of the New Camelot guards in the
>> tower; taking aim at someone on the ground, but then being struck by
>> gunfire and falling out of the tower. It looks very much like the
>> gunfire has come from someone in the tower!

> [Oz]
> Oz stands and signals to his pet guard to advance up the path. The
> German moves from cover to cover, keeping watch on the tower and the
> top of the path for possible shooters.
> [/Oz]

> OOC: Advance to the head of the path, take cover and reassess the
> situation unless they're attacked before they get there. If they're
> attacked, take cover and return fire.

[GM]
The guard nods and makes his way up the path as stealthily as he can.
Oz is able to get within forty feet of the tower. The tower is set
atop a rock outcropping, with one entry; a broken down door. There are
five bodies on the ground by the tower, all in patchwork armor and not
New Camelot soldiers. Oz can spot two snipers in the bushes across
from him.

Inside the tower, from what Oz can see, is the ugly chaos of battling
inside a closed space. He can see Sir Prrcyvel and one of his guards
braced in hand to hand combat with at least four men. Another of the
New Camelot guards is lying on the ground, dead or injured. One of the
men battling Sir Prrcyvel seems to have some sort of silvery metal
gauntlets on his otherwise naked arms that glow with each blow he
rains upon the knight.

Looking back at the path, Oz can see his own guard creeping up the
path and taking position just off of it in the brush. He radios Oz and
reports "Pitched battle sir. I think I can take out one of the snipers
from here. Should I try?"
[/GM]
