[Taocow PBEM] Book 3 - Chapter XVII - Return to Hoburn Hill OOC

I'd just like to add to this a bit and explain that I have a plot
point I'm working the company towards, so if it seems like I'm pushing
a little bit, have confidence that there is a plan :)
