OOC: Many apologies for the long day. Trying to get through a math
course and just had a major project at work approved, so I'm juggling
many balls in the air right now.

With enough PPE, a magic user with the right dimensional portal spells
would be able to open a gateway to this dimension. It would be
difficult, and require a lot of energy, but it is possible.

The orb seems to constantly try to free itself. They can even feel the
air around them cool slightly, as it clearly attempts to draw on
thermal energy in the area around it. And that's when everyone, but
Veronique in particular, notice themselves feeling a little tired,
winded, almost as if they had just been walking a brisk pace for
several minutes, or had cast a spell or done some psionics.
