begin Samuel Flory quotation:
> PS- What exactly is mashing?

Just another word for noodling with samplers instead of
playing your own instruments. Just like "blogging" is just another
word for writing stuff and putting it up on the Web.

Neither of these things are new or extraordinary, but each has
its own concerted PR campaign complete with idiotic neologisms to work
into teen street-lingo.

Think of it like how every sci-fi author/producer on Earth
felt the need to come up with NEW and FUTURISTIC cuss words. You can
always spot a true twit by the way they parrot "smeg" and "frell" and
"tanj" or whatever. It's the same with "mashup" and "blog".

Also, "podcast" has nothing to do with space pods or
bodysnatchers. I'm really disappointed about that.
