        how 'bout it, folks? meatfest 1998? taking place in the third week of january, meatfest is dedicated to the wholehearted consumption of food products that HAD A FACE! and then, for those "alternative" meat-eaters, we have "meatapalooza," the "hip" new festival for today's jaded youth! non-meat meat products,turkey-based red-meat wannabe, exotic meat, the forbidden lure of cannibalism....
        but meatfest! a celebration of every cut, every meat-bearing beastie found in the supermarket, every down-home midwestern meat-based dessert... t-shirt designs are being accepted now!
