I would create a system whereby address would very as to what kind of hat
you wore. For example, people who wear hat in their lines of work
(postmen, construction workers) would get one designation. People who wear
hats for pleasure would get another. People who have "lucky" hats get a
third. People who wear ornate headgear, be it for business or
pleasure,would get yet another. People who do not wear hats would not get
any designation at all, and the rest of us would get to throw dried peas
and gum wrappers at them.

As a start, I propose that all people who wear Red Hats use the address
"YHVH". Discussion?
