Subject: Replacing SVLUG with a more accurate name

SVLUG is an organization of people who use the GNU/Linux system. It
would be proper to call it that. I was going to suggest, during my
speech, that SVLUG should change its name, but I forgot to.

The most straightforward idea would be to change the name to SVGLUG,
the Silicon Valley GNU/Linux Users Group.

Alternatively, you could extend the group's scope to welcome users of
other free operating systems, and perhaps call it the Silicon Valley
Users of Free Operating Systems, the SV UFOS. Wouldn't it be fun to
be a UFO?

I hope you will forward this request to the members, and give
it serious consideration.
