In all seriousness, they're commenting on the quality of their _knowledge_
of the location (their confidence in the accuracy of the position they
determined and reported for the earthquake). If you finger
quake at quake.geo.berkeley.edu, you can see the "Q" field, which describes
the same thing and gives it a letter grade!
But I like that general idea:
"This earthquake was in a very good place. Of all the earthquakes I've seen,
this was one of the best-located. Of course, things could have been better --
the hypocenter could have been near Redmond..."
