	Well, it's something that's bothered all of us on the various
mailing lists for quite some time.  You know, there's a setting in
your precious PINE to have the quoted text appear before your
signature.  You should use this, and the commands ^^, ^V, and ^K to
delete entire blocks of text at a time, leaving only the relevant
portions.

	You can also set your mail editor to vi, making it far easier
to delete paragraphs and reformat them, as I have.  I'd be more than
happy to send you my .pinerc, my .muttrc, and my .vimrc as examples
for how to manage mail editing.

	Check out http://zork.net/jargon/jargon_7.html for more help
on how to format mail in a way that is easily parsed and that doesn't
piss hackers off.
