Lally is indeed a professional spammer, and the only time I've ever
seen him cease posting to a target list (SVLUG) was when he was bodily
removed from it for repeated abuse.

And I am _not_ a fan of CNET.  I think their tech reporting avoids
resting firmly on the cellar floor only because Ziff-Davis is jammed 
below it.
