   Q. Protests and a tourism boycott of South Carolina over the
   display of the Confederate flag continue. Should flying the
   Confederate flag be illegal?

Their polls are always like this.  It's ridiculous!

Their assumptions in these polls are worse than the very worst of high school
debate.

There is no discussion of what the Civil War was about, how you (the
reader) understand it, how people in South Carolina understand it, or
whether the South Carolina state government should fly the Confederate
flag.

No, it's just a question of whether to _ban_ the Confederate flag or not!
