This isn't the `City', you know ... at least they're just going to 
open a new section, which might be called a rain-protected patio.
I questioned the bar-keeper about the chance of marijuana smoking
and received nothing but a wry smile ...

More insults, please! I'd appreciate any chance to improve
my topical vocabulary. These _gottverdammten_ Americans
