Are there actually recognised standards for gibbering? Is there
any legislative body to whom reports of sub-par gibbering can be
submitted? I realise that in this case we expect a certain quality
and quantity of gibbering from Craig (normally he is at the level
where he would be qualified to teach gibbering, perhaps even to
gibber for his country) and he has let us down but how can those
who aspire to gibber at his level measure their increased ability
at this art? Gibbering should be standardised and quantified.
The Euro-gibber and imperial gibber should be reconciled.
Unintelligible white papers with words capitalised at RANDOM should
be circulated. The public needs TO know!
