Amusingly enough, someone asked me for one recently when I was brought in as an
outside consultant on a project.  I was at somewhat of a loss, since they'd
solicited my assistance not the other way 'round.

You've got me beat, though -- I haven't had a resume since around 1991 when
I resigned from employment permanently.
