I heard a great story on the radio this morning about an 81-year old
grandmother.  Her daughter was carjacked and raped by these two guys (in
Australia) and she took the artist's sketch and description of the car and
cased the neighborhood for 7 days.  On the 7th day, she found them, took
their pictures, had the granddaughter ID them, went back to their home and
knocked on the door.  When one of them answered, she shot him between the
legs, then did the same to the other guy.  Then she went to the police,
set her gun on teh counter and turned herself in.  Apparently, they're
having a difficult time pressing charges because the entire city wants to
nominate her for sainthood...  =)

The perps had previous criminal records for rape and robbery and were cell
mates in jail...
