See, if you're DIALED into the ISP, you shouldn't have to go
through the GLOBAL WORLDWIDE INTERNET in order to get to the shell
host. You should be able to telnet from YOUR MACHINE through the PPP
LINK to THEIR MACHINE in like ONE or TWO HOPS.
