Well, my car got stolen out of my driveway sometime between 2AM and
10AM this morning. (I checked with the DPT, the bank, and the police
 -- nobody knows where it is.)

My current theory is that it was heisted by a rabid anti-Free-Software
group who objected to my "Linux is the Shit" and "MP3 is not a crime!"
bumper stickers. So, I'm hereby warning you folks to be careful with
your vehicles and watch out for these proprietaristas and their
felonious ways.
