GUI Automation leads to VBScript... VBScript leads to massively distributed
email virii... massively distributed email virii leads to corporate
meltdown... corporate meltdown leads to... scenes like the end of Return of
the Jedi.

On the other hand, those who think GUIs are useful (be they antiquated WIMP
systems or not) would do well to research secure ways of dealing with
scripting.
How did AppleScript fare security-wise?
NeXT?
Radagast: Any plans on the GNOME front? (No need to mention gnomebasic by
the way, the less said, the better)
Better ideas? (for GUIs! I don't care if you traditionalist carpet-dwellers
- and you know who you are - think XTerm is an elegant solution!)
