Perhaps this was directed towards Paul Collins only, but I don't have
a Page Up or Page Down key on my keyboard. I think I'm missing them,
along with that Any key that I need whenever I use DOS. I'm going to
go bitch at the makers of the Happy hacking keyboard for ripping me
off.

C-f and C-b work well for the function you describe in a certain
editor, and M-v and C-M-V in a certain other editor. If only I could
bind H-j and H-k in Eterm to shift-PageUp and Shift-PageDown.
