I guessed "Esperanto letter 'cho'", but Mr. Bad wasn't there to see it!

(No, there were none in the puzzle.)

What I really wanted to do was guess Unicode U+FEFF, the ZERO-WIDTH NO
BREAK SPACE, which is used to indicate whether bytes have been
reversed by a big-endian/little-endian problem (because position FFFE
"shall not be used").  It even has "EFF" in its name!
