You know, I was enjoying this site until I stumbled into the
discussion area, where the posters use risque AOL acronyms like "LMAO"
and classify themselves by the different character types as if they
were signs of the zodiac.
"I'm a Cyber Sister/Archivist/Toxic Granny/Xenophobe, although
I seem to combine many of the weak points and few of the
strong points of these."
"Dude!!! Love your site! I personally am a unique combo of
Furious Typer, Netiquette Nazi, and ... yes Jekyl and Hyde!
[...] oops did Mrs. Hyde just come out?? DOWN GIRL!! LMAO!"
"I identified with the Philosopher and the Lurker, although I
try to avoid flame wars entirely."
"Absolutely brilliant-both text and pictures! Someone posted a
link to here yesterday on alt.tv.frasier and since then we've
all been recognising ourselves with mingled delight and
horror."
"Hi there. LOVE THE PAGE! I've been on the 'net for 6 years
now, and I think I've seen every single one of these warriors
at one time or another. I'm a combo of Evil Clown and Bad Boy
[...]"
Ugh. Embarassment by proxy. Sorry I ever enjoyed that thing.

P.S. That "alt.tv.frasier" thing is attributed to
"nutella at nospam.delphi.com". Any guesses who that is?
