If you have a 570, it's silly to pay for and schlep the DVD-drive-holder
thingy when you could just make a temporary copy on your hard drive for
the airplane, or play it over the net at home. The best DVD hardware
for a ThinkPad might be DVD hardware attached to another box. Since
I've heard that playback is smoother from the hard drive, that's what
I'm going to do, when I rebuild my desktop box. (My Slot A motherboard
crapped out, anyone want to trade me one for a DVD-drive-holder thingy
for a ThinkPad 570?)
