That's more-or-less my point. I'm also of the mind that the appropriate
way to approach diversity is union, not intersection: choose a set of
works representative of different factions of the movement, even if
there are differences of opinion, not a set for which there is no
disagreement whatsoever. I'm fully for a representative sample: the
Constitution, a religious text (again, the Bible is influential in the
US), a currently popular children's work.
